Patient Arrival Policy
All dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area of our veterinary clinic.
All cats must be in an appropriate carrier or on a leash while in the veterinary clinic.
Appointment Policy
Our goal is to honor all appointments and we do try our best. Please understand that pets don't always plan their illnesses, so when an emergency does arise at our practice, we will see those emergencies first.
Walk-ins are worked into our veterinary schedule as needed, but we do recommend making an appointment with our veterinarian ahead of time.
Payment Policies
Payment is due at the time services are rendered, so please have someone available on farm calls to remit payment.
We accept cash, checks, Visa, Discover, Mastercard, and CARE Credit.
